Driven by the theme 'Leadership TNT - Transformations, Narratives, Transitions', the 3rd annual HBCU Virtual Student Leadership Conference supported students in their transformations as college students to student leaders, community advocates, and college graduates. The conference served as a safe space for over 980 students from 66 HBCUs. Over three days, the speakers encouraged students to bring their authentic ideas and identities to connect with other students and share their narratives while providing tools to assist students in transitioning to opportunities post-college.
