HBCU STUDENT LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
June 23 - 25, 2024
Over the past four years, the annual HBCU Student Leadership Conference has hosted 145 sessions for over 3,400student registrants representing 65 + HBCUs nationwide. Our student engagement efforts have led to students securing internships and jobs, grant opportunities for student-led organizations, acceptances into higher education programs, and more! The Unite team could not be more excited about the impact of the conference and the post-conference opportunities due to our annual programming.
The 2024 conference is titled "Leadership Reimagined." Students are encouraged to reimagine the traditional ways of leadership by incorporating innovative practices, fighting for equitable policies, and challenging the norms across campus and in their communities. Student leadership training and development has become critical to the enhancement, sustainability, and expansion of our Historically Black Colleges and Universities and the recruitment of diverse talent for companies and higher education.

Driven by the theme "Leadership Unfiltered" the 4th annual HBCU Virtual Student Leadership Conference will encourage students to amplify their roles, voices, and ideas as campus leaders and members of their community. Student leadership training and development has become critical to the enhancement, sustainability, and expansion of our Historically Black Colleges and Universities and the recruitment of diverse talent for companies and higher education.
